Channel manager is highly recommended for better time management. Also, with 2-way connection you can control every administrative task your hotel needs.
You have the ability to connect your account either 1-way or 2-way with the channel manager platform. The difference between your connectivity types is the following: 1) One way: bookings are sent to PMS 2) Two way: bookings are sent to PMS + PMS sends updates to the channel manager as well.
